Today was very interesting.

First off, school was the same. Nothing out of the ordinary there. It actually went by fast and I was glad to be wearing my new shirt and head band, it made the day even more delightful. :D

After school, oh goodness.

That is where the excitement began.

Well, for those of you who don't know, Lauren is one of my best friends and when we are together it is pure, utter chaos and we are like Thing 1 and Thing 2. We are insane beyond reason and are amazing x390574570903. We are just simply better than you, put simply.

We had to go to Le Peep, a french restaurant or something, so she could do her interview for a job there. In order to get there we had to cross the street.
I will confess, I am a j walker. I love it, I wouldn't cross a street any other way. But Lauren, on the other hand, is petrified of this and insisted on crossing the street at the light, a major pain in the ass. Tres penible, Lauren.
Anyway, so she was terrified and as we ran (Like, running from the cops ran), she screamed like a mad woman and oh sweet moses, the stares from the people in the cars.

Horrible.

The interview went on smoothly and she is now a working woman as of Saturday. Applauds, please.

We then went to Publix and stole some whipped cream and chocolate milk. We also contemplated on stealing some wine but left that for later, we weren't feeling like daredevils. We ate the whipped cream on the way back and the whole process of running and screaming repeated itself, making a fool of ourself in public once again.

Perfecto.

Finally our journey was completed by two bagels, one chocolate chip with plain creme and another blueberry bagel with strawberry creme, at Einsteins where the black men love my name. :D

Moral of this story, j walking is a better choice than crossing a street at the light.
